Qualifications

• Five years of professional software development experience, with two years in technical leadership role.

• Ensures AI-enabled implementations align with goals, governance, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to clarify priorities and scope, aligning designs with strategy.
• Ensures development standards, peer reviews, and documentation quality.
• Drives adoption of modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies.
• Owns security and compliance posture, ensuring HIPAA/privacy requirements are met.
• Oversees delivery and SLA performance across the team, allocates resources.
