Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services is seeking a Software Engineer - Full Stack to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications onsite in Gaithersburg, MD. The role requires strong REST API development, Python/Java, and modern web frameworks.

You will work in an Agile environment with CI/CD practices, contributing to both backend APIs and frontend interfaces, operating across Windows and Linux, and using Git/GitLab for version control.

Qualifications

• Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and modern web frameworks.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data modeling skills.
• Hands-on web development experience across frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with Django or JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc).
• Solid object-oriented programming in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience on Windows and Linux environments.
• Version control with Git and GitLab in collaborative teams.
• Ability to architect and deliver complex software into production.
• Experience with Agile development and CI/CD practices.
