Stripe’s Startup Products team builds Stripe Atlas and other products that help founders start and run a company from anywhere in the world. We help founders form their company, raise capital, execute critical legal agreements, access the internet’s best tools, and automate operations while feeling ambitious, smart, and assured.

Our team is composed of high-agency product thinkers who care about helping founders and making it easier to start and run a startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Front-end and back-end development experience.
• Strong user-focused product mindset and scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems
• Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
• Scrutinize, reason clearly, and make decisions about the technology and architecture choices we make in building these products
• Talk with and learn from our users (founders in the first days of starting their company)
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
