Job summary

Settle is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to shape impactful features and scalable systems for its fintech product. You will collaborate with product, design and stakeholders to deliver value-driven software in a fast-growing startup environment.

Role requires 2.5+ years of experience, strong CS fundamentals, and hands-on work with Rails, React/Next.js, and GraphQL. You will design data models, APIs, and services, while ensuring scalable, secure systems and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in CS fundamentals and OOP.
• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, React and Next.js.
• Experience with Material UI, GraphQL; Apollo Client is a plus.
• Web-app architecture design and reliable system design.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Design and Stakeholders developing new features for our product.
• Design and build data models, services, and APIs to power our web app.
• Scale and secure our systems to support increasing users and requirements.
• Analyze, debug, and fix performance and correctness issues.
