Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health & Fitness initiative (H2F).

You’ll develop and maintain software components for analytics, data access, and user engagement within H2FMS, collaborating with cross‑functional teams under government direction. This role focuses on application‑layer development and system integration rather than product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building full stack applications, frontend and backend.
• Familiar with modern web frameworks and services.
• Experience integrating with data services or APIs.
• Able to collaborate across software, data, and analytics teams.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components for H2FMS.
• Implement features enabling data access, analytics visualization, and user workflows.
• Follow Government-approved development standards and practices.
• Integrate components with data pipelines, analytics services, and AI/ML outputs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and user engagement specialists.
• Support integration with Government or vendor systems as directed.
• Assist with testing, debugging, and resolving defects.
• Contribute to documentation and participate in code reviews under Government direction.
• Support configuration management and prepare technical materials for Government review.
