Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS preferred or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of programming in a team environment.
- Knowledge of C#, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Jira, Git, Github, Team Foundation or other code management experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Manager with software design and coding activities.
- Attend and contribute to company development meetings.
- Learn the codebase and improve coding skills.
- Apply design patterns to solutions for common coding challenges.
- Write and maintain reusable code and testable modules.
- Learn new frameworks and programming techniques.
- Address minor to complex bug fixes promptly.
- Monitor internal systems' performance and reliability.
- Respond to development team requests and perform tests.
- Conduct development tests and write unit tests.
