Job summary

IMEG Corporation, a 100% employee-owned firm, is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer in Las Vegas, NV. You will contribute to software design, coding, and internal system development as part of a collaborative development team.

Responsibilities include attending development meetings, learning the codebase, applying design patterns, writing unit tests, addressing bugs, and monitoring system performance while expanding your skills with new frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or CIS-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of programming in a team environment.
• Proficiency in C#, HTML5, and JavaScript; familiarity with MVVM patterns.
• Experience with code management tools (Jira, Git, GitHub, Teams Foundation).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Development Manager with software design and coding activities
• Attend and contribute to company development meetings
• Learn the codebase and consistently improve coding skills
• Recognize common coding challenges and apply design patterns to solutions
• Write and maintain reusable and maintainable code
• Learn new frameworks and programming techniques
• Address minor to complex bug fixes
• Monitor the technical performance of internal systems
• Respond to requests from the development team
• Conduct development testsWrite unit tests
• Perform other duties as assigned
