Job summary

Marketron is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the NXT Platform to design, build, and maintain user-facing features with ReactJS and Node.js, delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development tools, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a remote-friendly setup in the United States. You'll work across the SDLC, ensure code quality, and help advance the NXT platform with scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management).
• Deep knowledge of Node.js and experience building server-side applications and APIs.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL (or a similar relational database), including database design and query optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and data layers, including REST-based APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, and good judgment about when and how to use them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible UIs with ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and optimize web applications and services using ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools thoughtfully for code generation, refactoring, testing, and debugging, while ensuring security and maintainability of releases.
• Collaborate on system architecture and design to create scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to uphold quality and reliability.
• Work cross-functionally to define requirements, identify technical constraints, and deliver features that meet product goals.
