Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in software development or full-stack roles.
• Hands-on experience with React, .NET/C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• SQL development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting production issues.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices familiarity.
• Secure coding practices knowledge.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent with team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for applications built with React, .NET, SQL Server, and Office VBA.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain scalable software across front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
• Deliver new features and enhancements with high performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify and remediate application vulnerabilities, including SAST, SCA, and security findings.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Apply secure coding principles throughout the software lifecycle.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Contribute to automation to improve build, test, deployment, and release management.
• Implement monitoring and operational best practices for stability.
• Take ownership from design to production support.
• Design scalable, performant, resilient, maintainable solutions.
• Analyze issues proactively and propose reliability improvements.
• Adhere to engineering, security, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to SRE initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset when evaluating technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver value.
