Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to own features end-to-end, spanning frontend and backend.

You will build high-quality React interfaces, contribute to Go-based services, and collaborate with product stakeholders to turn customer needs into practical solutions. Emphasis on code quality, documentation, and customer impact in an async-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, with full-stack capabilities—including backend development.
• Experience with Go, or a willingness to learn it.
• A product-focused mindset—you consider the user experience, not just technical implementation.
• Excellent written communication skills; able to document your own decisions in an async-first team environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products is a strong plus.
