Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled software engineer to design and build scalable full-stack solutions in a dynamic team. You will work across frontend and backend, implement tests, and document designs for maintainable systems.

The role emphasizes security, data privacy, and collaboration in Agile environments. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience with Java, Python, and NodeJS, plus frontend framework expertise and cloud/IaC familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
2-5 years of proven software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and NodeJS.
Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, AI Agents, or data pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex system issues.
Excellent communication skills and collaboration in Agile environments.
Problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing systemic issues.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, reliable full-stack solutions.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and automation tests.
Document technical designs and operational procedures clearly.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
Advocate for best practices in coding, security, and data privacy.
Support AI model lifecycle activities and software testing.
