Job summary

iCapital seeks a Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end features, enhancements, and defect resolution across software platforms. You will work with Product Management to specify requirements, review work, and address issues found in manual testing.

Responsibilities include React-based web development and Ruby on Rails backend, architecture reviews, and mentoring. The role favors Agile teams and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years Ruby on Rails development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with modern JS frameworks such as React.
• 2+ years front-end and back-end test automation using RSpec, Cucumber or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies – Kubernetes, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Web application development in React front end and Ruby on Rails backend.
• Mentor junior engineers; participate in architecture reviews and design.
• Engage in daily stand-ups and peer code reviews.
