Job summary

iCapital Network is seeking a Full Stack Engineer based in New York, New York, to work on the core iCapital platform. You will develop new features and enhancements while ensuring defect resolution. The role involves backend development with Ruby and Rails, as well as frontend work using AngularJS or similar frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in web-based applications and proven capabilities in test automation, collaborative software development, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack, web-based application development.
• 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with AngularJS or another modern front end framework.
• Solid experience in HTML/CSS development.
• 2+ years of test automation experience in a Ruby on Rails environment.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop features, enhancements, and resolve defects on the iCapital platform.
• Engage in backend development using Ruby and Rails.
• Work on frontend development in AngularJS or other frameworks.
• Develop unit and integration tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Engage in peer code reviews.
