Ardent and its partners are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Puerto Rico.

Position Description:

We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to provide expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, problem-solving, and building innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on product development, AI/ML models, and company growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications (frontend and backend).
• Manage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build, test, and deploy applications with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and management.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Identify and resolve performance issues.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication and data protection.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Puerto Rico.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java) technologies.
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
