About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of AI and scalable software architecture, building the foundation for personalized career coaching at scale. You'll operate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, with immediate impact. As an early team member, you'll shape core infrastructure, work with cutting-edge AI tech, and influence thousands of users. Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop React features to enhance user experience
• Implement robust backend infrastructure for our AI-powered chatbot
• Integrate and optimize third-party system connections
• Create and optimize API endpoints for frontend and AI interactions
• Build performant data processing systems using MongoDB
• Manage Docker deployments across cloud platforms
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency in AI interactions
• Collaborate with ML researchers, frontend developers, and product managers

About You

You should apply if you meet the following qualifications:

• Required:
• 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong Python skills
• Proficiency in building scalable applications with Node.js
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Strong front-end skills with React

• Additional skills and experience include:
• Expertise in React (Zustand, TanStack Query, Vitest, Cypress, Vite)
• Experience with MongoDB and Firebase authentication
• Containerization and cloud deployment (Docker, GCP, Heroku)
• Understanding prompt engineering and agent orchestration
• Message queue systems (RabbitMQ/Redis)
• Microservices architecture experience
• Integration with HRIS, Zoom, Slack, and similar data pipelines
