Job summary

Referment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its early-stage fintech team in Philadelphia. You’ll work directly with founders on core product, infrastructure and risk systems, taking ideas from concept to production.

You’ll own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, shape architecture and product decisions, and help scale a novel financial product in the prediction markets space.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience in high-scale environments.
• Experience designing, testing and implementing UI/UX.
• Interest in quantitative systems and DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and iterate on the frontend product and backend architecture.
• Develop and improve the risk engine powering margin and lending systems.
• Own infrastructure, deployments and system reliability end-to-end.
• Take ownership of features and products from idea through to shipped code.
• Work closely with the founders to help shape product and technical decisions.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability and the overall user experience.
