Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable enterprise apps, with a focus on backend services for conversational and voice AI. The role supports cloud-native AWS solutions and modern web interfaces across multiple office locations.

The candidate will own end-to-end work—from design through production and support—within an Agile team leveraging CI/CD, IaC, and secure architectural patterns.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software development experience using .NET, C#, and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud services and container-based deployments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with agentic AI development tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency with at least one relational database technology.
• Experience with React and/or Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with conversational or voice AI systems and evaluation metrics.
• Security/compliance mindset including handling of PII and PCI-sensitive boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support cloud-native solutions in AWS using scalable architecture.
• Develop backend microservices powering conversational and voice AI apps.
• Build modern user interfaces for positive customer experiences.
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, SaaS, telephony, and CPaaS/CCaaS.
• Work on voice AI components like streaming audio, barge-in, retries, and transcripts.
• Contribute to an Agile team with CI/CD and IaC templates.
• Implement logging, metrics, alerts, and health checks for observability.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across the stack.

Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and support cloud-native solutions in AWS using secure and scalable architecture patterns.
• Develop backend microservices that power conversational and voice AI applications.
• Build modern user interfaces that create a positive customer experience
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, telephony, and CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Work with key components of voice AI applications, such as streaming audio, barge-in handling, retries, fallbacks, and transcript capture.
