Responsibilities

• Build modern UIs for a positive customer experience.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, SaaS, telephony, and CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Work in an Agile team with CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC templates.
• Implement logging, metrics, alerts, and health checks for observability.
