The AI Advantage is seeking a mid-level full-stack engineer for a hands-on role in Scottsdale with a lean, senior team. You will own end-to-end features across the customer service admin suite, member experience tooling, and affiliate systems, shipping in two-week sprints.

You should bring 4–6 years of production full-stack experience in a modern stack (Node.js/Express, React, Next.js, TS, Tailwind). US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years building production full stack applications in a professional team.
• Front-end: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind.
• Cloud/hosting: Heroku and GCP.
• US citizens or green card holders; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own customer service admin suite features end to end.
• Maintain member experience tooling and affiliate system.
• Ship code every sprint with peer reviews.
• Own QA and ensure production readiness.
