Job summary

Mastermind.com in Scottsdale/Greater Phoenix is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join a small senior engineering team. You will own our customer service admin suite, the Circle member experience tooling, and the affiliate system, delivering end-to-end features in two-week sprints.

Required: 4–6 years of production full-stack experience in a modern JS stack (Node/Express, React/Next.js, TS, Tailwind), US work authorization, on-site preference.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years building production full-stack applications.
• Front-end stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind.
• Cloud hosting: Heroku and GCP.
• US citizens and green card holders only.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Service Admin Suite end-to-end.
• Manage Circle member experience tooling.
• Maintain and improve the affiliate system.
• Ship features every sprint with peer review.
• Own QA and production deployment.
