Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend, full-stack, or product engineering.
• Strong hands-on coding skills, ability to design, implement, debug, and optimize production-quality apps.
• Experience with React and Next.js, React Native, and building polished web/mobile products.
• Experience working with backend APIs and services.
• Familiarity with state management (Redux/Zustand; Jotai a plus).

Compensation Range

The estimated total annual compensation range for this full-time position is $150K–$280K, including base salary, target bonus, and equity, plus benefits. This position spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications.

Final offer amounts and compensation structure are determined by multiple factors, including experience, skills, expertise, and level.
