What you bring to the table

• You want ownership, leverage, and responsibility from day one.
• Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design
• Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems
• Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness
• Relevant experience shipping full-stack product (ideally one of the below)
  • Building polished React / Next.js interfaces
  • Owning backend API routes and data flows across Firebase, Elasticsearch, Redis, Stripe
  • Building large-scale data pipelines using LLMs

Salary band

• IC1: 130k - 150k base salary + equity
• IC2: 160k - 180k base salary + equity
• IC3: 200k - 300k base salary + equity
