DeNOVO Solutions in Aurora, CO is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack using Vue, Node/Express, and MongoDB.

This role focuses on building modular APIs, implementing NiFi flows for messaging and integration, and writing thorough unit and integration tests while optimizing frontend and backend performance to support CI processes.

Active TS/SCI with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related professional experience on programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field; substitution with 2 extra years allowed.
• Master’s degree or PhD may substitute for years of experience.

DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Engineer – Mid to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across the full technology stack using Vue, Node/Express, and MongoDB. This role focuses on building modular APIs, implementing NiFi flows for messaging and integration, and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests. The engineer will optimize both frontend and backend performance while supporting CI processes and contributing to continuous improvement of team standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Working knowledge of NiFi for flow building and system integration.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Vitest, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and Postman for API validation.

What You Need

• Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer science or related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Programming, or Systems Engineering). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, two (2) additional years of related experience may be substituted.
• Substitution of Experience: A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Cyber Security, Engineering or Computer Science) may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. A PhD from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
