Job summary

VDart Inc. seeks a hands-on Full Stack Engineer for a contract role in Mount Arlington, NJ. You will own features end-to-end across UI, business logic, and database in a legacy-modernization environment, including WPF desktop components and web technologies.

The ideal candidate has strong Classic ASP/ASP.NET, VB.NET/VBScript, JavaScript/jQuery, Oracle PL/SQL, and Redis caching experience, with onsite Tuesdays/Wednesdays. React/Node.js/PG/Mongo/Elasticsearch exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with Classic ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET and VBScript in frontend and middle tier.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL development and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Redis or equivalent in-memory caching experience for performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Local onsite availability every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MedProID features across UI, business logic, and database.
• Read, write, and troubleshoot Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, and queries.
• Maintain the DLS WPF desktop application for internal data ops.
• Diagnose production issues across UI, DB, and caching layers.
• Own changes end-to-end: development, testing, code review, deployment support.
• Follow Oracle coding standards and utPLSQL, prepare deployment scripts.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews with product team.
• Provide occasional after-hours support during releases or escalations.
