Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping production software used by customers or internal users.
• Full-stack development across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based applications, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain customer-facing features across the full application stack.
• Develop and enhance backend services, APIs and integrations.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, scalable production code.
• Take ownership from development through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with product leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the launch of a new customer-facing technology platform.
• Diagnose production issues and improve performance and reliability.
• Develop automated tests and improve overall application quality.
• Apply DevOps best practices to development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor performance, availability and user experience.
