Collabera is seeking a Mid Level Java Full Stack Developer with React v18 in Charlotte, NC. The role entails building enterprise apps using Java, Spring, React, and REST APIs in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite). You will contribute to secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Framework, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, and microservices architecture.

The role requires a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, secure SDLC, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices. Experience within the financial services industry and exposure to AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices‑based solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure application architectures.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and perform database performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong SQL development and database performance tuning experience.
• Experience with secure SDLC practices.
• Strong experience designing and developing microservices‑based solutions.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment.

• Experience with GitHub Copilot Agent Mode.
