Job summary

Hinge Health in San Francisco is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to build secure, scalable services powering our MSK care platform. You will work on end-to-end solutions with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS, contributing to trunk-based CI/CD and live site reliability.

You’ll join small interdisciplinary teams, profile systems to prevent bottlenecks, and shape roadmaps through OKRs while improving maintainability and developer tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of non-internship full-time professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, serverless technology).

Responsibilities

• Build and extend secure, scalable services that power our MSK care model.
• Design end-to-end solutions on small interdisciplinary teams.
• Profile systems to stay ahead of scaling bottlenecks and maintain healthy live site operations.
