Job summary

OneImaging Inc. is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement scalable features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will build accessible frontend interfaces for patients and healthcare providers and develop secure, HIPAA-compliant backend services with robust auditing. The role requires strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database systems (MongoDB and PostgreSQL) and offers exposure to AWS services, testing, and DevOps

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 4+ years of full stack experience (or 6+ years relevant industry experience).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Expertise with React, Next.js, and modern frontend build tools.
• Proven experience with Node.js, Express, and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB (Mongoose) and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with responsive design and CSS-in-JS.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Understanding of web security and secure authentication/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.
• Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces for patients and healthcare providers.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with HIPAA-compliant audit logging
• Create reusable React components and maintain consistent design patterns.
• Implement state management and optimize frontend performance.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Align with UI/UX designs to translate prototypes into production-ready features.
• Leverage AWS services including S3, CloudFront, App Runner, and Fargate for deployment.
• Maintain clear documentation for APIs and architectural decisions.
