We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer (TP3) to join the Growth Engineering team, focused on driving user acquisition, engagement, retention and experimentation across Topps, Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect.
This role sits at the intersection of product experimentation, analytics and platform engineering. The engineer in this role will independently design and deliver scalable full‑stack solutions, contribute to experimentation infrastructure and partner cross‑functionally to improve growth outcomes across consumer‑facing products.
As a TP3 engineer, this individual is expected to operate with increasing autonomy, solve moderately complex technical problems, contribute to architectural discussions and influence engineering best practices while delivering measurable business impact.
This role reports to the Director of Engineering, Topps.
This role requires active hands‑on software development across frontend and backend systems. A TP3 engineer is expected to independently write production‑quality code, contribute to system and feature design, implement scalable experimentation and analytics capabilities and deliver moderately complex technical solutions with minimal oversight. Code contributions should demonstrate maintainability, testing discipline, architectural awareness and increasing ownership aligned with TP3 engineering expectations.
$131,080 – $160,000 USD
$145,000 – $175,000 USD
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to the location and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications and training.
