Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native applications. This role requires hands‑on work across the full development lifecycle, including front‑end and back‑end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA, with 5 days per week on site. You will design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs, build scalable backend services, implement CI/CD

Qualifications

• US Citizen; active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.
• Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Programming in Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Docker and Kubernetes containerization/orchestration.
• Database experience: Oracle DB/SQL/NoSQL; networking basics.
• Linux development/deployment experience; full stack capability.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments
• Work within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer
• BS in Computer Science
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions
• Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
