Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with full-stack web development (SPA).
• Experience with Agile methodologies with remote teams.
• Experience developing for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience building applications using relational databases.
• Understanding of Software Lifecycle (development, deployments, sunsets).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to translate engineering requirements into software.
• Collaborate with product support to understand customer needs.
• Work with IT to resolve integration issues.
• Support and troubleshoot field issues with our software.
• Continuously improve software speed and develop new capabilities.
• Explore, understand, and facilitate adoption of best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Participate in and manage our commercial software release process.
• Participate in the project process to develop solutions that meet goals and objectives.
• Estimate work and effort for project planning.
• Use version control.
