Job summary

You will collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, and product leadership to deliver end-to-end features. A strong emphasis on autonomy and ownership is expected, with performance tied to impact on creator revenue and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, Node/Express, and React proficiency.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Independent and autonomous with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend and backend (and sometimes mobile) features that help creators take advantage of sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, and others from concept to deployment, owning your work and operating autonomously.
• Work with TypeScript, Node/Express, React, and Postgres.
