Job summary

Pinecone is seeking a full-stack engineer to elevate product experiences, with ownership of billing, management, and authentication interfaces. You’ll deliver observable, accurate insights and end-to-end experiences across API, SDK, and web, partnering with product, design, and engineering teams.

You’ll apply AI-assisted development practices, shape usability, and build resilient integrations with billing systems and vendor APIs while moving quickly to support Pinecone’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years software engineering experience.
• Bias toward automation and leverage—prioritize systems/tools over manual effort.
• Hands-on experience shipping with AI coding tools as part of workflow.
• Experience in designing reliable integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Shape our product experience and advocate for confident customer experiences.
• Ship end-to-end experiences across API, SDK, and web surfaces.
• Own integrations with billing systems and vendor APIs, ensuring resiliency.
• Create observable, auditable systems with monitoring and verification mechanisms.
• Bring AI-assisted development practices to the team and establish scalable patterns.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
