Freedom is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to lead a team under a Prime Contract and modernize critical human resource applications used across the enterprise. The role involves application development and production support, in an agile setting, with opportunities to learn new technologies and apply innovative solutions to improve system sustainment and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 6 years of software development/engineering experience;10 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments.
• Experience with MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for one of our Prime Contracts and support enterprise HR applications.
• Provide application development and production support for critical HR applications.
• Develop innovative approaches to improve system sustainment and prevent outages.
• Work in an Agile environment and learn new technologies to meet customer requirements.
