We help organizations make ChatGPT Work part of everyday work, from discovering what it can do to building useful agentic workflows. Our goal is to help employees move from their first chat to confidently using AI to get work done.
Our full stack work focuses on two workstreams: Agentic Activation: Help first-time chat users become effective agent users within their organizations. Bring organizational context into ChatGPT and build personalized onboarding, product education, and experiments that help people adopt agents in daily workflows. Work Discovery: Make relevant skills, plugins, capabilities, and context easy for knowledge workers to find and ready to use. Build discovery experiences across the frontend and backend. Across both workstreams, we ship quickly, learn from customers, and use experiments to improve adoption.
We’re looking for a full stack engineer with strong frontend skills, product instincts, and UX and design taste. The work ranges from activating first-time users to helping knowledge workers discover the capabilities and context they need to make ChatGPT useful in their daily workflows. You’ll own projects from early prototypes through production and iteration, shaping interactions and building the backend services that support them.
