Job summary

Digital Waffle in San Francisco is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and ship end-to-end features across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js. You’ll own data models, APIs, UI and deployment, balancing speed with quality in a fast-moving, early-stage startup.

You’ll work in a 5-days-in-office, high-intensity environment with product and design partners, using AI tooling to accelerate delivery and focusing on reliability, performance and user experience as the product scales.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping features end to end in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong production experience across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Ability to work across backend and frontend with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Own problems end to end: data model, API, UI, deployment and instrumentation.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and craft based on moment needs.
