Job summary

FOSSA is hiring for a full-stack role that spans from the database to the API and UI. You will own features end to end, working with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL in a distributed team.

You will partner with product, design, and support to transform customer problems into reliable software while contributing to on-call rotation and code quality improvements. This role emphasizes impact, speed, and growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping scalable SaaS products with real ownership.
• Full-stack engineer owning features end-to-end across the stack (DB to UI).
• Solid experience with relational databases and writing performant SQL queries.
• Comfort working in a large existing codebase and sharing ideas with teammates.
• Familiarity with agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows, or eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features spanning database to interface.
• Own your work end-to-end: scoping, implementation, testing, rollout, post-launch.
• Work across languages and tools (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres).
• Collaborate with product, design, and support to translate problems into software solutions.
• Improve reliability and performance for enterprise-scale customers.
• Mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotations.
