Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development or related experience.
• Experience with back-end language (e.g., Java, C++) and front-end framework (e.g., Angular, React).
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• SQL and relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).
• Experience in hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments.
• Experience with Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk and support workflows.
• Git or SVN version control.
• Understanding of security, access control and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
