Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Business Systems team in Boston. You will design, build, and maintain internal tools and integrations that power our business operations and scale as WHOOP grows.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Membership Services to translate needs into technical solutions, interfacing with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Boomi, and more. You will contribute to data pipelines and APIs while mentoring peers in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

2–4 years of professional software development experience.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience designing APIs and system integrations.
Experience building large-scale, production web applications.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/JS).
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain internal tools and integrations.
Develop, test, and deploy scalable software for business operations.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Membership Services to gather requirements.
Interface with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Boomi.
Mentor engineers and share best practices.
