Job summary

Dexian is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support modern workflow applications that automate and improve end-to-end business processes within its operational environment.

You will work with a team of engineers, analysts, and architects across the full software lifecycle, delivering scalable REST APIs, backend services, and cloud-native solutions that boost efficiency and enable transformative workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Building web applications end-to-end.
• Developing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Working in Agile teams.
• Integrating AI-powered solutions into products.
• Strong system design, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and development practices
• Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications supporting critical business processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering standards.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, architects, and UX teams to deliver scalable applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis.
• Work toward modernization and migration of legacy processes.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply emerging technologies to improve delivery.
