Job summary

Nucleus Biologics is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the San Diego team and support the Marketing group under the Business Development and Digital Strategy Manager. You will develop and maintain tools used by scientists and manufacturing teams, working on AWS-based infrastructure and APIs.

Requirements include a BS in a related field and 0-3 years of experience, strong Python and React+TypeScript, PostgreSQL expertise, and hands-on DevOps with Docker, Linux, Nginx, and AWS EC2/RDS/S3.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years experience in a related field.
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments and being self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools used by scientists and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain EC2 deployments, container lifecycle, Nginx, TLS renewal, disk and log management.
• Maintain RDS instance: backups, restores, health, queries, migrations.
• Monitor ERP/QMS sync jobs and repair issues.
• Maintain external integrations & APIs.
