Job summary

Rocket Money’s Autopilot team is focused on building a fintech platform to help members reach financial milestones. The role involves owning architectural decisions, building interfaces in React, and back-ends in Node and GraphQL, while collaborating across teams to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle of Autopilot tech, balancing technical sustainability with user value, and you’ll work in a growing organization that values proactive problem solving and cross-functional

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience with Node, Javascript, React/React Native, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of why and how software benefits users.
Familiarity with observability and performance tuning.
Experience with vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

Make key decisions for banking and investment systems balancing technical and business concerns.
Build user interfaces with React and back-ends in Node and GraphQL.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Architect scalable solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
Own the full lifecycle of Autopilot technology from planning to production maintenance.
