Job summary

Norm Ai is hiring Senior to Staff Software Engineers to build across the full stack of our enterprise legal AI platform. You’ll partner closely with design, client engagement, other engineering teams, and end users to bring new product ideas to life.

You should have 4+ years of Python production experience, strong React + TypeScript, and familiarity with Postgres and FastAPI. Experience with AI-driven products and startup environments is a plus, with relocation to NYC supported.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of Python production development.
• 2+ years in React + TypeScript in production.
• Experience with Postgres or similar DB and API frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work across the code stack to build scalable, AI-powered legal workflows.
• Collaborate with design, client engagement, and other engineering teams to ship features.
