Job summary

Tomorrow University is hiring a fully remote Full-Stack Engineer to join our platform team. You’ll own features end-to-end across Next.js frontend, backend services, APIs, and deployment workflows, helping shape AI-powered learning experiences with safe and pedagogically sound LLM applications.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, QA, engineering, and academic stakeholders in a low-ego environment that values ownership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a full-stack engineer building production web apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Experience shipping features that use LLMs or strong prompt engineering exposure.
• Product mindset focused on user experience, reliability, and impact.
• Curiosity for education, AI safety, and mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on full-stack features for our learning platform.
• Develop and maintain our Next.js frontend components.
• Implement and improve backend services, APIs, and data flows with MongoDB.
• Design, test, and iterate on prompts, workflows, and guardrails for AI features.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, engineering, and academic stakeholders in a low-ego environment.
