Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
• Relevant coursework in Web Development, Cloud Computing, Databases, Software Engineering or AI/ML
• Equivalent practical experience considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain both the frontend and backend of a new internal AI-powered platform, owning features from development through production deployment
• Build and maintain integrations between the platform and cloud services, AI APIs, and internal data sources
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code across the full stack (Python backend + React/TypeScript frontend)
• Contribute to architectural discussions with guidance from senior engineers, thinking beyond the feature to system design
• Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities to help business teams find information and automate workflows
• Partner with business teams to translate workflows into working software features and participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Implement secure authentication and access control (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC) and contribute to data governance practices
