Ovative Group is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing product and engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable software and data solutions across enterprise-level media measurement and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of web development experience, proficiency with cloud platforms, front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for AI-assisted development while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant web application development experience.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proficient in front-end languages: HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript.
• Proficient in one or more backend languages, API frameworks, and servers.
• Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying containerized application code.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to automation for operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with team to translate business goals into detailed technical requirements.
• Contribute to documentation and technical requirements including designs, evaluation plans, tests, manuals.
• Create and maintain robust, performant solutions with high customer impact at scale.
• Provide technical assistance to teammates and share expertise.
• Follow SDLC and DevOps best practices, including code quality, deployment, and testing.
• Explore new technologies under guidance to enhance development.
• Troubleshoot software issues with senior team members.
• Participate in technical knowledge sharing across the team.
• Stay current with emerging technology and software engineering innovations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity while maintaining code quality and security.
