Job summary

Atrix is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our NYC-based hybrid team. You will build AI-native platforms, bridging complex healthcare data with intuitive interfaces used by medical and commercial teams.

You’ll own front-end and back-end work, collaborating with product, design, and leadership to ship impactful features in a regulated industry. Hybrid in NYC with occasional remote days.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused engineer.
Expertise in React/Next.js and frontend systems architecture.
Comfortable working across the stack in Python when needed.
Strong focus on delivering polished, performant UIs.
Willingness to engage in customer meetings and translate feedback.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve our web stack (React/Next.js + Python) to support AI-native workflows.
Collaborate with product and design to shape features from spec to ship.
Translate backend data structures into intuitive interfaces.
Debug and improve frontend and backend performance to reduce latency.
Attend customer and sales meetings to understand real-world workflows.
Drive architectural improvements for scale, modularity, and velocity.
Take full ownership of core product modules across the stack.
