Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to build and operate backend services in Python on AWS, shaping distributed execution for customer workflows. You’ll contribute to AI initiatives and tackle latency, reliability, and scalability while collaborating with Product and Design to define the next features.

The role supports a hybrid model from our Berlin HQ, London office, or Iasi hub, with relocation not offered. 3+ years of experience required and strong React and Design Systems skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience delivering moderately complex features.
• Experience in React
• Experience with Design Systems to ensure a consistent UX among different parts of the product.
• Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hybrid work model from Berlin HQ, London office, or Iasi hub; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS — Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines that handle real production traffic.
• Work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers, agentic co-pilot
• Tackle latency, reliability, and scalability challenges.
• Contribute to systems end-to-end, from implementation and testing to deployment and monitoring
• Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve development tooling and processes.
• Work directly with Product and Design to shape what we build next.
