Job summary

Bain & Company in Atlanta, GA, is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to build and operate AI-enabled solutions for private equity clients. You will work across React/Svelte frontends and Python/Node backends, integrating AI features, and delivering end-to-end product development with strong engineering discipline.

You will collaborate with Product and Design, own features end-to-end, write tests, and contribute to platform services and cloud deployments on Azure/AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience building web apps and backend services in production.
• Experience with TypeScript frameworks (React and/or Svelte) and testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-quality code across full stack (frontend + backend).
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into reliable user experiences.
• Build and maintain UI features in React/Svelte with TS and Tailwind.
• Develop backend services in Python (FastAPI) and Node.js (TypeScript, Express).
• Implement RESTful and type-safe API contracts and manage frontend-backend boundaries.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in end-to-end tests with Playwright.
• Contribute to Docker/Kubernetes deployment and Azure/AWS cloud workloads.
