Job summary

LSAC is seeking a full‑stack engineer to join an autonomous Agile team to build features and applications for our product area. You will own frontend and backend tasks, uphold engineering best practices, and handle operational maintenance and debugging.

This role advances Generative AI initiatives, using GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service, and RAG pipelines, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI and scalable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with web and cross‑platform technologies and OO languages.
• Hands-on with Git and CI/CD, automated testing, relational/unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to design, configure, and maintain applications with accessibility in mind.
• Monitor, test, and optimize software for reliability and architectural standards.
• Contribute to continuous code delivery with deployment tools and automated tests.
• Scale applications to support dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop Generative AI features using Azure OpenAI, with RAG pipelines and vector stores.
• Ensure Responsible AI practices including bias awareness and PII handling.
